Clinic Policy
1. Booking & Payments A £50 non-refundable deposit is required for all treatments. This must be paid at least 48 hours before your appointment, or the slot will be cancelled. Skin consultations and skin analysis appointments must be paid in full in advance. These are also non-refundable, but can be moved with at least 48 hours’ notice. Payments made in advance (deposit or full) are redeemable against a treatment or product, unless stated otherwise. Occasionally, specific products must be ordered in advance. If you book after 5pm Friday, on a weekend, or on the same day, your appointment may be rescheduled to allow time for stock to arrive. You’ll be contacted promptly if this applies. We do not book appointments more than 2 months in advance.
2. Consultations & Suitability A consultation is strongly recommended before your first treatment. This helps assess medical history, skin condition, and treatment suitability. For certain treatments, a face-to-face consultation is mandatory before booking. You’ll be informed at the time of enquiry or booking. Regardless of any previous consultation, you will receive a brief consultation on the day of your treatment. If any contraindications are discovered, your treatment may be postponed for your safety. Treatments are only offered to clients aged 18 or over. Photo ID may be requested at the practitioner’s discretion if age is uncertain. We prioritise natural, realistic outcomes. If a treatment is not suitable for you, we may decline to proceed and suggest alternatives.
3. Appointments & Conduct Please arrive on time. At our Ware clinic, we do not have a waiting area. If you arrive early, kindly wait outside until invited in. Due to the clinical nature of our treatments and products, children are not permitted in the treatment room. Clients must attend appointments alone unless agreed otherwise. Respectful, calm behaviour is expected. We reserve the right to decline treatment in the event of abusive, disruptive or inappropriate conduct. No refund will be issued in such cases. You will receive a consultation form and terms in advance (if required). We kindly ask you to complete this beforehand.
4. Photography & Consent Before and after photographs are a medico-legal requirement and must be taken to document your treatment journey. These images are stored securely and will only be used for marketing with your explicit written consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
5. Results, Risks & Aftercare All treatments carry risks and potential complications. These will be discussed in detail and you will be asked to provide informed verbal and/or written consent prior to treatment. While we strive for excellent outcomes, results cannot be guaranteed, and individual results will vary. No refunds are provided if results do not meet personal expectations. You will be given verbal and/or written aftercare advice, which must be followed. Failure to do so may affect your results and is not the responsibility of the clinic. If a complication occurs, you will be provided with a 24/7 contact line to reach us promptly.
6. Communication, Records & Privacy We aim to respond to enquiries (via social media, phone, or email) within 48 hours. All consultations and treatments are documented in secure, confidential medical aesthetic records, in line with clinical governance and GDPR. Upon booking, you will be automatically subscribed to our clinic updates and marketing emails. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided.
